We understand that information security activities is one of top issues, and aim to, as a part of our business operations, promote building an organization which will not disclose any insignificant information to third parties.
We will appropriately manage any information disclosed to us and protect it from being leaked.

1. Our Information Security Committee has established its own standards under which we will continue to manage the information security activities.
2. We will ensure the information control and protection by putting all intellectual properties under the control of the responsible person.
3. We will monitor all accesses to the confidential information and ensure to prevent all employees from doing any misconduct.
4. We will strictly control the external use of our personal computers or recoding medium to prevent any leak of information.
5. We will provide all employees with information security education programs to promote information security activities.

1. Implementation, maintenance and improvement of personal information protection policy
   To implement, maintain and continuously improve this policy, Kaido will ensure to make all its officers, employees and any other people concerned understand the importance of personal information protection.
2. Collection of personal information
   Kaido will collect personal information in a lawful and fair manner.
3. Use of personal information
   Personal information provided to Kaido will be used only for the purpose indicated when it was collected, and to the extent of the necessity for the purpose.
4. Disclosure of personal information to third parties
   Kaido will not discloses any personal information to third parties without prior consent of the information owner except for the cases where it discloses the information to its contractor with whom Kaido has concluded a confidential agreement on the conditions that he/she shall use it only for the original purpose, provided, however, that such information may be disclosed as required by laws and regulations.
5. Correctness and security of personal information
   Kaido will keep personal information accurate in a safe manner.
   Kaido will take appropriate security countermeasures against unauthorized access, computer virus and others in order to prevent loss, destruction, alternation and leak of personal information.
6. Organization and system
   Kaido will appoint a person who is responsible for protecting and managing personal information in order to appropriately control personal information.
   It also will provide trading and education programs to persons who engage in business operations.
7. Disclosure, correction, deletion of personal information
   Kaido will in a reasonable period of time and to the reasonable extent address any request of a personal information owner who wishes to confirm, correct, stop the use of, or delete or otherwise his/her own personal information provided to Kaido.
